BAKERY

Believe it or not, our award-winning bakery was the idea of one of our Junior Crew Members 4 years ago, who was only 14-years-old at the time! 
We’ve hit BEST BAKERY (regional) the last two years, and we’re ready for BEST BAKERY STATEWIDE!

PEPPERONI ROLLS

– FOOD CATEGORY –

We went through months of testing to get our artisan dough just right and to get the perfect ratio of pepperoni to mozzarella cheese for our Pepperoni Rolls. Ever since their launch, they have consistently been one of the top five sellers out of our bakery! 

FARM TO TABLE

Our Basil Pesto is made from organic basil that would have been sent to the compost pile, Sweet Corn Relish is made from blemished and imperfect organic corn, and Tomato Galettes and Focaccias made using seconds of tomatoes from our organic farm.
