6th Anniversary Cookout at Wardensville Garden Market

Chef Seth and our Junior Crew will be grilling up some locally sourced burgers, hotdogs (with a vegetarian option), grilled veggies, and farm greens salad for you to purchase from 11am -3pm on Saturday, July 2nd!
A Quarter pounder made with locally sourced Triple E Beef, cheese, pickles, and our special burger sauce.
Our WV Dog with chili, slaw, and mustard on top.
Farm Greens salad with organic farm greens, peas, scallions, and herbs with locally harvested bamboo shoots served with a red wine vinaigrette
Grilled, in-season organic vegetables from the farm, including kohlrabi, kale, fennel, ginger, and beets, served with homemade yogurt.
It’s been six years since we started our mission to ignite the spark of curiosity within Appalachian youth so they see themselves and their futures in new and exciting ways. We want to celebrate, so come down to the Market on Saturday, July the 2nd, from 11 am – 3 pm (or until we sell out) for our birthday cookout!
It’s amazing what you can do in just six years. Since we started, we have opened the Garden Market, became a Certified Organic farm, moved into our new state-of-the-art teaching Production Kitchen and Bakery, launched Dakota Glass Works glassblowing studio, started a food truck, are working on opening a brand new restaurant, and have given over $160,000 in scholarships to local Appalachian youth.
