HOW IT WILL WORK:
 
If you’re looking for a new career opportunity, we have IMMEDIATE OPENINGS in youth advancement, food-prep, commercial baking, hospitality, organic farming, economic development, nonprofit administration, training, HR, management and more. If you have some other skill we find valuable, we just might create a position for you! We grow more than vegetables, so come find out why we were voted the Best Nonprofit in WV.

LET US KNOW YOU ARE INTERESTED:
By MONDAY, FEBRUARY 24th, send us a letter of interest (no more than two-pages) that outlines your work and life experience so far. Don’t just tell us the names of the places you have worked (boring!). Tell us about your secret powers and skills and tell us where you may not be as strong. Tell us about the hobbies and things that you are passionate about and that make you happiest. Send your letter of interest to info@wardensvillegardenmarket.org.
 
WE WILL LET YOU KNOW YOU WERE SELECTED: After reviewing your letter of interest, if selected, we will send you an email to confirm a time to meet with our senior management team. We will hold interview meetings on Tuesday, February 25th, 2020 and Saturday, February 29th, 2020 during regular business hours. If one of these dates does not work for you, please indicate that when you submit your letter.
 
COME MEET AND WOW US: We want to get to know and understand your strengths and weaknesses so we can determine where you might be a good fit based on your experience. You should be more than prepared on the day of your interview. Learn about what we do and why we do it. We may ask you questions to see if you understand our mission and goals. We will also ask you where you would fit in best in our organizational structure, so be prepared with good answers. The management team will then discuss each applicant and follow up with eligible candidates for further discussion.
