When we first opened our doors in 2016, we had only a handful of youth employees. Some of them are still around even 5 years later!

We talked to one of our original crew, Cierra Riggleman-Bonilla, about what she’s been up to lately and how working at the Wardensville Garden market helped her reach her goals.

“Howdy! My name is Ciera Riggleman-Bonilla, and I was one of the first 10 people to work here at Wardensville Garden Market. Today though, I just got my undergraduate degree magna cum laude at West Virginia University for Music Industry and will be attending graduate school there in the fall as well.

I have spent the last two years doing stage work, and managing my artist Sir Dallan G. under Mon Hills Records (Go check them out here!) In my management position, I do everything from putting on live shows, to video/photo recording and editing, and event marketing, and event planning. I have even started recording my own music, and writing percussion pieces.

Farms Work Wonders Production Kitchen Coming Soon

Once I am done with grad school, I hope to travel as a stage manager. My goal is to eventually settle down for a record label or to even build my own venue/studio. I would like to thank Wardensville Garden Market for all its support over the years. Not only for teaching me how a farm and business grow but also for teaching me how to grow as a person. Even after 5 years, I still love spending as much time as I can back in the garden, remembering my roots.”
